Important health notice

It is crucial to consult a clinical nutritionist before using any supplement. A consultation supports — but does not replace — advice from your doctor or a registered clinical professional. It is not for emergencies; if you have an urgent medical concern, contact your health provider or emergency services.

How booking works

• Choose an online or in-person session and one or more preferred times.
• Pay a 50% deposit to submit your request; we then confirm a time by email.
• For in-person sessions, choose a location; exact directions are shared once your booking is confirmed.
• The balance is settled at your session. Reviews after your initial consultation are arranged by your nutritionist.

Your health information

Sharing health background (goals, conditions, allergies, medications) is optional but helps your nutritionist prepare. You provide it with explicit consent; it is stored securely and seen only by clinical staff. You can ask us to update or delete it at any time. See our Privacy policy for details.

Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel from your account. Refunds follow our policy: 80% of what you paid if you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, and no refund within 24 hours.
