Data we collect

• Account details: your name, email and phone number when you create an account or check out.
• Order details: items purchased, delivery address, and the M-Pesa phone number used to pay.
• Consultation details: your booking, and any health information (goals, conditions, allergies, medications) that you choose to share, with your explicit consent, so a clinical nutritionist can advise you safely.
• Communications: messages you send us and your marketing preferences.
• Technical data: basic, privacy-respecting information needed to run the site securely.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and issue receipts.
• To arrange, confirm and conduct your consultations, and to send reminders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To send marketing emails only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the service secure and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Health information

Health information is sensitive. We only collect it when you provide it during a consultation booking, and only with your explicit consent. It is stored securely, is visible only to our clinical staff (nutritionists) and administrators who need it to serve you, and is never sold. You can ask us to update or delete it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the store, under their own security and privacy obligations:

• Supabase — secure database and account hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Brevo — sending transactional and (if you opt in) marketing email.
• Safaricom (M-Pesa) — processing payments.
• Zoho Mail — our business email.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us at info@looporganicske.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. This policy is intended to align with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart and preferences. We do not use advertising trackers. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
