Refunds & returns

We want you to be happy with your order and your consultations. This explains returns, refunds and our consultation cancellation policy.
Products
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are paid back to the M-Pesa number used for the order, typically within a few business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the issue.
Consultation cancellations
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your session: 80% of the amount you paid is refunded.
- Cancel within 24 hours of your session: no refund applies.
- You may reschedule to another available time instead of cancelling, subject to confirmation.
