About our products

We sell organic-certified food supplements. Supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is crucial to consult a clinical nutritionist or your health provider before starting any supplement.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are VAT-inclusive.
• Payment is made via M-Pesa at checkout. We only ever recompute and charge amounts on our server; prices shown are what you pay.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and will let you know before charging.

Orders & delivery

When you place an order you make an offer to buy; our confirmation forms the contract. Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout and are also set out in our Delivery policy. Free delivery applies above the threshold shown at checkout.

Consultations

• You may book online or in-person nutrition consultations, and follow-up reviews.
• A 50% deposit is required to submit a booking request; we then confirm one of your preferred times. The balance is settled at your session.
• Cancellations: 80% of what you paid is refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours before your session; no refund applies within 24 hours. You may reschedule to another available time, subject to confirmation.
• A consultation supports, but does not replace, advice from your doctor or a registered clinical professional. In an emergency, contact your health provider.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or misuse the consultation service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law. Follow product directions and professional advice.
